"I like the convenience and the timely shipping each month. Its nice to get a variety of sticks to try. My big complaint is that although you get a variety of top cigar brands you do not get their top cigars. Most sticks I received were mediocre at best and were not sticks I would have bought myself. If you are new to cigar smoking I worry that some of the lower quality sticks will turn you off from cigars. If you've been smoking as long as I have and only smoke the best this is not for you."

What type of cigar brands should I expect to receive?

How do I go about cancelling my subscription?
Once your order is placed please login and you will have the option to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. We also give the option of pausing your monthly subscription. You can also let us do it for you by as contacting us directly via phone, email, or chat.
When does the monthly subscription box ship?
Reoccurring subscriptions are shipped out around the 15th of every month. Your first box will ship immediately for that month and the following ship out dates will be the 15th of each month.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be 21 years of age or older. We have age verification system at checkout as well.
Will my prepaid or gift subscription automatically renew?
No. All Prepaid Subscriptions and Gift Subscriptions are processed as a one-time payment. Once the duration of the prepaid plan has been completed, the subscription will automatically expire. You do not need to worry about being charged again or manually canceling.
